"Wal-MartCanadaSucks.com and four similar domains were examples of such websites. A WIPO judge while deciding a dispute under UDRP in July 2000 held them to be illegal and handed them over to Wal-Mart saying that they infringed Wal-Mart’s trademark and were an abusive registration. This case was soon followed by another that handed over a range of “sucks” website for UK companies..."
